The setting and decor is very impressive, the rooms are comfortable and cozy, the service is helpful and nice. My only gripe: the bathroom could have been a bit cleaner (I got the distinct impression that there were traces of mold in the shower). There is some room for improvement, but, all in all, I would gladly visit this place again.

Good location for someone visiting Zyrardow from time to time as this is my hometown. The property where the hotel is located is a great historic location, really worth visiting. With a short drive to Santago Water Park and Spa. Beds should be updated. As a double room has got two single beds. Furthermore, they felt really cheap and weak. You had an impression that you can break these just be seating down little bit harder. These might be good for a small teenager, but surely not for an adult. We stayed few days at the hotel and not even one time we had our room cleaned during the stay. Considering that you pay higher price as Radisson Blu Sobieski in Warsaw (4 star) or same price as Marriott (5 star) a lot could be improved. Daily room service for ones. Small room, Broken panels, shelf for bathroom supplies was at a 60 degree angle so anything slid down. No double bed instead you get 2 single beds. Everything ran out as soon as it came out its not meant to handle more than 6 people at a time. People were hurrying to get drinks and food before it ran out like hyenas to a wounded prey it was a horrible display in manners. Many people did not even get coffee and even that was bad. You had to mix instant coffee frim a bowk into warm water.
