Aparthotel Villa am Konzertgarten

Breakfast was kinda poor but the Room was Great and as Close to the beach as possible

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. I particularly liked the ample parking, which made the journey very convenient. Late check-in was also no problem. The apartment was equipped with everything you need – it was very practical and comfortable. The room was always clean and well-maintained, which gave me a great sense of peace and well-being. The small breakfast was perfectly sufficient for us to start the day well on our balcony with a sea view. A special thank you also goes to the friendly service: I had left an item behind, and the hotel sent it to me quickly and without any problems. This shows how dedicated and customer-oriented the team is. Overall, I highly recommend the hotel and would come back anytime! P.S. Perfect central location in town.

Communication with the aparthotel was seamless. They responded immediately to questions via email. Arrival in the evening was easy, as there was a key box. Parking is available, although I don't know if it would be sufficient during peak season, as we already had trouble finding one at the beginning of May. Nevertheless, we were pleasantly surprised by our room. We had expected less "beauty." Everything in the room was top-notch and clean. The bed was huge and comfortable, and we had a sea view (we had booked it). To our further surprise, a small, unspectacular breakfast was even included in the booking, which we hadn't explicitly booked. It was a welcome "extra." The real highlight, however, was that we forgot something expensive and important in the room, and the accommodation immediately and without hesitation made us an extremely friendly and incredibly accommodating offer. Perhaps some reviewers here are used to going through the world with excessive expectations. Be friendly, and you'll be met with friendliness. It was simply perfect, and I would come back anytime. P.S.: very close to the beach and if there had been a performance in the concert garden, we would have had a perfect view without paying.
