Apex on Fenton

My partner, son and I stayed here Monday through to Friday. Check in was easy, the team were very kind and welcoming. The first room we were put in the spa bath wasn’t working however, the following day they were extremely quick to change our room which was awesome! (The spa bath was amazing!) They were extremely observant of our needs and ensuring we had a good stay. I’d recommend to stay here if your coming to Rotorua.

We just stayed there for over 6 days, and we can’t recommend the place enough, my partner and myself had an excellent stay. Everything was fairly clean, they provided us with extra coffee and sugar , a bottle of milk on arrival to enjoy our cup of coffees with. They provided fresh towels during our stay. They had complimentary Netflix for us to enjoy on our nights back at the room. The beds were comfortable , the family was very accomodating and welcoming. Thanks for having us we really appreciated it :) PS the spa bath was awesome and very relaxing

Stayed for one night on a Friday, the hosts are very friendly, showed us to our room & where to park...even thought parking is tight it was a great place to stay. Central to town. The room was nice & clean, the shower pressure was great, loved the body wash such a lovely fragrance. Was nice & quiet where we were, although car park wasn't outside our room our vehicle was still safe. Would definitely stay again. Very reasonable rates, it was fully booked when we stayed.
