Literally 5 stars hotel. My stay at Apricot Hotel in Hanoi was truly a five-star experience from start to finish. The rooms were spacious, elegant, and extremely comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options every morning. The location couldn’t be better—just steps away from the Old Quarter, making it perfect for exploring the heart of Hanoi. The staff were incredibly kind, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Everything about this hotel exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended!
From the moment we checked in, this hotel has exceeded all expectations. Firstly, the location is perfect - right in the old quarter - which comes alive at night. Staff are attentive. Breakfast is great. Room we stayed in was a great size for 2 people and bags etc. Lobby are stunning. Value for money at it's best. Highly recommend this hotel.
Stayed here during my vacation in Hanoi. Beautiful hotel with comfortable beds. The breakfast was incredible, offering great choices for everyone. The only reason I am not giving them 5 stars is due to an unfortunate experience upon checking out. We checked out of the hotel and proceeded to wait for our driver by the door. A few minutes after checking out one of the front desk staff employees approached me and informed me that housekeeping could not locate one of the small white bathrooms towels. I looked at the employee confused and in disbelief that she was asking me about the small towel. I informed her that it must be in the shower or in the bathroom. Never in my entire time of staying in hotels have I ever been asked such an absurd question. I thought it was disrespectful and borderline unprofessional for housekeeping to call the front desk and have the staff ask me for one of the small missing face towels. This soured my experience staying at this hotel.
