Would of given a higher rating, hotel is in good condition but very dark due to the dark wood every where. Breakfast was not too flash could of atleast offered an omelette to cater for westerners.

The hotel is located on the main road connecting the airport to Siem Reap. I was there for a workshop and the meeting room was very nice (big windows!) and staff were helpful. I also stayed at the hotel during the workshop. The hotel is filled with large groups- and I could hear those groups socializing throughout the night. Internet was incredibly spotty (didn’t work at all in the room). I also had to ask for toilet paper and clean towels throughout my stay.

★★★☆☆ Dec 2018

Although stating that this is a 4 star hotel, there are many shortcomings. Firstly, there is very little hot water in the shower (luke warm at best), the internet is very bad, there is no steam iron for ironing clothes, no sugar or milk (or creamer) for tea (although the coffee is 3 in 1), the towels aren't the cleanest and the staff don't understand english very well so communication is a big issue. Also a big issue is that at night if you wish to switch off all the lights, it will also turn the fan off. In order to keep the fan off (as I prefer it to the AC which is dusty and doesn't help keep the mosquitoes away), you have to keep a light on in the tea and coffee area. Also I discovered a few tiny bugs in my stew at lunch time. So to summarise, not a 4 star worthy hotel.
