Our Second Visit Was Even Better – 14 Days of Pure Family Magic! After an amazing one-week stay last year, we loved Aqua Paradise Resort so much that we returned this year for a full two weeks and it was absolutely perfect! The biggest reason we keep coming back? The INCREDIBLE entertainment team! Our daughters (5 and 8 years old) were thrilled to recognize some of the same fun, energetic faces from last year, and the team made sure every single day was packed with joy and excitement. From morning kids' activities to evening shows, their passion and creativity turned our holiday into a non-stop adventure. We sincerely hope we’ll see the same wonderful team next year they’re the heart and soul of this resort for families! Other highlights that made our 14-day stay unforgettable: 1. Outstanding reception service they kindly upgraded our room despite the resort being fully booked 2. Even better food than last year , especially at the main restaurant 3. Friendly, attentive staff at all restaurants and bars they remembered our preferences! 4. Impeccable cleanliness throughout the entire resort We’ve already started counting down to next year’s visit Aqua Paradise Resort feels like our family’s holiday home now. A special thank you to the entertainment team for making our girls’ vacation so extraordinarily special we can’t wait to see you all again! Best regards Elian. Sandra. Marina & Helena
Stayed here for 10 nights and it was wonderful. Rooms were very clean and spacious. Lots of food variety in the main restaurant, they even provided gluten free pasta, pizza and bread for me which I was pleasantly surprised about. They have two onsite restaurants you can dine at also, both great service and lovely food. Theres many pools and activities to fill the day including water polo, beer pong for adults, kids clubs morning and afternoon. Theres also a different show on each evening for the whole family to enjoy from circus acts to singers. Would like to mention one of the animator's Milosz especially as he was fantastic with the children. Every time I saw him he was running around, playing games and making them all laugh. My daughter loved him. The hotel itself has everything you need for a great family holiday but having the aqua park next door is definitely an added bonus. Would definitely visit again!
The access to the waterpark is the highlight of this hotel, it is a fantastic way to keep kids entertained and the Relax Pool there is far nicer than the hotel pools, it is warmer and has more variety of depth throughout meaning kids can swim about and be in depth occasionally - hotel pools seem to be 1.5m throughout or much shallower throughout. Frustratingly the hotel doesn’t seem to have any measures in place to prevent people from reserving sun loungers and there clearly aren’t enough to go around all guests. As a family of three we shared one lounger all day and watched 5 loungers unused for almost 6 hours! There were other loungers equally being reserved ie just a towel or two and no other items and it wasn’t where people were in the pool. We didn’t want confrontation so weren’t going to remove the towels ourselves and the lifeguards were not interested, as likely not their job to police. There is food on offer throughout the day but the options at the pool bar are generally fast food (chicken burger, chips, pizza, ice cream - we had no luck getting small to eat the small selection of fruit or salad on offer!) and the sandwiches at the lounge bar tend to be dry (either just ham or cheese on brown bread were the options we saw). The house wine is surprisingly drinkable but for the cocktails, as other reviews state, the mixer juices come out of a machine and are overly sweet. We found G&T or Amaretto & Coke to be the best options. The staff are friendly and professional but not overly engaging. If your family enjoy the activities put on by the animation team then you won’t be disappointed as they work very hard to keep everyone happy. Food wise, it’s edible but very repetitive. If you have kids that like chicken nuggets (definitely some of the better nuggets for quality compared to other hotels) and chips or pasta then you’ll be ok. The salads are very tasty and there is good variety. Highly recommend taking advantage of dinner and breakfast in the themed restaurants, for a 7 night stay you can have 2 dinners and 2 breakfasts. The quality of food is superior to the buffet, at the Fusion you can freshly squeeze your oranges for juice and they have churros. The Italian had much better fruit selection and the coffee tasted better. Be wary of rooms too close to the atrium, the noise in the evenings seems to amplify up the open space and the sound proofing in the rooms from the hallway isn’t great. We resorted to putting a folded duvet at the bottom of the door and this helped to dull the sound. An enjoyable week away but some shortfalls.
