Wow! This is the hotel to stay at in Luxor! It's quite the resort, really. Walk into the reception area: you can see the ground floor restaurant, the ground floor bar with a pool table, a grand piano... Walk outside and see the expansive pool area that features a fully equipped gym, a sauna, and a spa place to get many types of massages. The room was comfortable. The staff were friendly and attentive. The location is superb! Many shops and amenities and markets are a short walk away. Excellent *****
It's my experience in the hotel if you want to be safe don't book this hotel because when we came out of the hotel that one horse ferry rider comes and he was harrassing us to sit in his horse and at first day when we come out of the hotel that horse rider comes and what do you want we said we are looking for the atm he said here is no atm for 5 miles and we that saw that the atm was at left side of hotel entrance. And whenever our food delivery guy comes he runs towards us and say get in my horse ferry. The hotel is good staff is good and location is good.but the problem was the horse rider. I am giving 4 stars.
Only good thing about this hotel is location. Air-conditioning never worked. Hotel staffs attitude is bad. Only 1 Water bottle is provided for your whole stay i.e let it be 2 or 3 days. They have worst Italian restaurants and after eating there you will never have pizzas anywhere. When asked they say its Egyptian style. The whole atmosphere is like hostel and not like hotel.
