Araliya Green Hills Where Historic Charm Mingles with Natural Beauty

Booked the property for my parents, who had their mood changed from disgruntled (after a negative experience in another property in Nuwara) to ecstatic and super happy. The team did make sure the booking made online was confirmed and provided an upgrade due to peak season local bookings without even having to talk about it. The rooms, service and all is classy. Super clean! A 4 star property that feels like a 5 star.

We stayed at the hotel for two days and had a truly pleasant experience. The hospitality was excellent from the moment we checked in. All the staff were polite, attentive, and made sure we were comfortable. The food was really good, with a nice variety at the buffet. Everything was fresh and tasty. We especially want to mention a gentleman and a lady who seemed to be managers at the buffet hall. Both were extremely friendly, always smiling, and went out of their way to help guests. Their warm and professional attitude made a big impression on us.

What a place!! Lovely staff, very helpful. Breakfast fresh and very good. And authentic! The views are indescribable….cameras cannot do this place justice. An absolute must visit. Sad to leave….richard t (UK)
