Terrible hotel, room was gross, brown water through the pipes, short curtains so water gets everywhere in the bathroom, tiny towels. Breakfast was pretty good though. Service was horrible, forgot my key and reception said they "couldn't make a new one", so I had to wait 30min for them to figure out how to magnetize a new card and ended up just taking the master key to open my room after yelling at the receptionist to get my stuff for checkout as I missed my bus out. I wouldn't recommend. Couldn't find a bar or gym at hotel either
This is truly the most horrible place to stay in the whole world, unfortunately. We booked more than 10 days stay, first received the room with 3 beds instead of four. The room and the hotel in general is so dirty that I don't really get what they pay for to the cleaners... the breakfasts are awful, limited and untasty. And the most horrible is that the cleaner took out of the room the personal belonging that has detrimental personal value, as said by accident, the belonging ended up in the laundry and was broken and torn into pieces. Only after we started the search they informed us about this fact and said it was destroyed and thrown away. No apology, nothing. Israel in general has big problems with services, but this was the top anti rating. While resolving the issue with our situation, we saw other visitors of the hotel whose rooms on all upper floors were flooded at night. The worker of the hotel said nothing can be done as they have only one technician and that one would probably be available only later. The last day was curious by the guy who got stuck in the flooded and blocked elevator. Avoid this place.
The hotel provides either poor services to most basic things or no service at all. The cleaning room service is a joke, they turn up only after repeated requests, and when they do, the cleaning service is very poor. They forget to clean bathroom sinks and bath tabs or kitchen sink. When I requested to clean the balcony windows (never cleaned for the whole 3 months) the cleaner replied is not her job to do. We had massive water leakage in the bedroom one night, and all what the management could offer is to mop up and open the windows all the doors and windows for 2 days so the floor and water soaked wall can dry. Only after complaining to the management, they offered another room for 3 days. On one occasion, the hot shower water stopped working one day, it took 3 days to repair because it was Shabat weekend. When the guest in room next to me decided to have a party of 15 people one night until 2:00am, the reception did absolutely nothing despite repeated complains. They said they have no power to act, not even send somebody to investigate. The party only stopped when the police turned up in the end. I did stay for business there almost 3 months so I have a good experience on this hotel. Also I believe is not cheap either, but this is the same with all things in Israel, expensive services with general poor services. However, and to be fair with my review, the hotel is located in a really good location for Bat Yam, right in front of the main seaside Bat Yam promenade with all the shops and restaurants located all around you. The views are really breathtaking taking from almost all side and front facing rooms.
