Arenal Springs Resort

This hotel was centrally located. The service was outstanding! The food was great. The hot springs were the best. The icing on the cake was meeting the resident cat. He greeted us every day. We hated leaving him, but know he’s going to be well cared for by hotel staff.

Stayed at the resort for 5 days during our recent trip to Costa Rica. Had an amazing and most memorable vacation. Super friendly and extremely helpful staff. Buffet breakfast which was included in room price was delicious and it’s nice they actually rotate the menu daily. We had 2 connecting bungalows which was practical for our family of 4. Volcano view from the room is breathtaking and entire place is maintained pristine and kept clean. staff went above and beyond to decorate the room for Mrs birthday and made it extra special. Our host in the restaurant, Hillary was sweet and extremely friendly. It’s an added bonus they had an onsite coffee shop if you fancy an espresso. love to go back again and create more memories

Heaven on earth. Paradise! The staff were beyond incredible from arrival to departure. To the cool towel and welcome drink upon arrival to the complimentary fruit tray, water & towels in their well maintained gym….the amenities are plentiful. They noticed it was my birthday and they surprised us by decorating the room. The food there — both the included breakfast buffet and restaurants — were delicious with lots of vegetarian options. The hot springs and fresh water pools were immaculate and so relaxing. They even offer a free morning yoga class by the spa! The instructor was wonderful. The grounds were meticulously kept and offered an outstanding view of Volcano Arenal. Wish we could’ve stayed longer…No other lodging during our trip compared. My family can’t stop talking about it!
