Loved my experience at Hanan Alnajadah Salon! 💅🏼 I had a manicure with Jona and a pedicure with Suzy — both were professional and very gentle, making sure not to cut too much cuticle (which is rare and such a plus!). I was surprised to find no reviews about this salon, so I felt it deserved one. I couldn’t find the exact location, so I mentioned it in the hotel reviews.

Our recent breakfast at The Backyard Restaurant was unfortunately disappointing. When we arrived, we were greeted with a curt “How many persons?” with no smile, no warmth, and no sense of welcome. I had already told the representative, a Filipino staff member, that we were paying guests, and all I asked for was a little hospitality. Sadly, even that felt like too much to expect. The restaurant was packed, but the buffet was mostly empty. Plates were not being refilled in time, and the staff seemed overwhelmed or simply inattentive. It felt as if no one was really managing the service. What made things worse was the number of flies. Despite being indoors, the place was full of them, flying around the food and the tables. It created a very unhygienic and uncomfortable atmosphere. If The Backyard is intended to function more as a café, that’s understandable, but then why offer breakfast if the team isn’t equipped to deliver it properly? It came across as an afterthought rather than a genuine offering. Overall, the lack of basic courtesy, poor service, and unhygienic conditions made this visit truly disappointing. This is not what one would expect from a restaurant located in a resort like Argan Al Bida’a.
