This is the last day at this hotel. A comfortable and spotless hotel, surrounded by lush greenery and vibrant flowers that delight both the eyes and the soul. The atmosphere is calm and peaceful, perfect for a truly relaxing stay. The staff is extremely friendly, polite, and elegantly dressed, always greeting you with a warm smile and helpful attitude. The food is abundant and incredibly varied, with a well-thought-out menu that includes fresh, aromatic fruits and a wide range of delicious options. Cleanliness is truly impressive — everything is impeccably maintained. I wholeheartedly recommend this place!

I had an amazing stay at Aria Resort & Spa in Alanya. The hotel is modern, clean, and perfectly located by the sea. The food was delicious with a great variety, and the rooms were always spotless. What really made the holiday special was the entertainment team. There was always something fun going on—games, shows, music—and Lucky stood out as a fantastic entertainer. His energy and friendliness made everyone feel welcome. He truly brought smiles to guests of all ages. I’d definitely return!

We chose this hotel based on the great reviews and the fact that it’s on the seafront. It was also our first time visiting Turkey. Overall, I would give this hotel 3 stars, and here’s why: Pros: 1. Nice beach – Clean and sandy with comfortable sunbeds. There’s also a beach bar where you can get water or other non-alcoholic drinks. The sea entrance is easy and pleasant. 2. Rooms and hotel design – Everything is renovated with good taste. Our room was in Block B, and although we read it could be noisy, it was actually quiet. 3. Bar – There’s a good selection of drinks, including great Turkish coffee. The bar staff were very friendly and helpful. 4. Staff – A big thank you to the staff! They were professional, kind, and always ready to help. Cons: 1. Arrival experience – We had been traveling for 15 hours and hadn’t eaten. We arrived at 14:00 and check-in wasn’t until 15:00. After quickly freshening up, we went to the snack bar around 15:45, but no one came to take our order. We approached the staff ourselves, but they told us they were already closed (it was 16:00). So we missed both lunch and the snack bar, and the only thing available was dessert from the bar. Not the best welcome after a long journey. 2. Food – Definitely not 5-star quality. It was clear that some ingredients were reused from lunch or dinner (for example, leftover corn appeared later in salads or other dishes). We even saw kiwi served with fish – seriously? 😂 The cold cuts didn’t seem very fresh either. Breakfasts and lunches were almost always the same, and by day 4 it got a bit boring. The desserts were okay, but also very repetitive. Only dinner was good — especially after more guests started arriving. Themed dinners (Turkish, Asian, seafood, Spanish, etc.) only started on the third day. The first two days felt very underwhelming and basic. 3. Cleaning and toiletries – The room cleaning was minimal — mostly just vacuuming and folding towels into swans. What really surprised us: for two people, we received only 30 ml of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. We had to go to the reception to ask for more. After that, I promised myself I’ll always bring my own toiletries when traveling. Conclusion: The hotel is quite nice overall, but they really need to improve the food. That would make the experience much better.
