We enjoyed staying at this hotel. The hotel staff were so accommodating. From the time were picked up by their taxi from the train station to the time we left in the early morning, we were well taken care of. The rooms were clean and comfortable and were cleaned daily. The hot breakfasts and variety of continental breakfast was generous and always delicious. They serve starting at 7am so we had plenty of time to get the slopes when they opened. They were helpful in obtaining service for our early morning departing train and we were able to have coffee and a bite to eat at 6am before leaving. We enjoyed the full restaurant in the evening of our last night and the service was excellent as well as the food. Would definitely stay here again!
This was my favorite hotel on my whole Swiss vacation. The room is big and doesn’t get too hot. Only complaint is the shower is weirdly small given how big the bathroom is, I kept bumping into the temp thing.
Walkable from the station, well appointed rooms (good pillows!) and tasty breakfast. The staff were always very friend and super helpful, fully recommend for a stay in Zermatt.
