Arka Medical Spa

Roomster need updating, service at the reception is Little bit cold. Problem which i have is that upon arrival you can't sort everything with one person at rhe reception , you have to do some walking between getting your room, food and medical treatments. To me Little bit messy and disorganised.

The hotel has a great location right by the beach. The rooms and the hotel in general are very outdated and the rooms were a little dirty. We were mostly surrounded by elderly and got a lot of weird looks. The food is very typical polish, not a lot of healthy options and almost no vegan options. All in all we would not come back.

I've never experienced as terrible of a time trying to book a hotel by phone. I've called, been transferred, waited 15mins, transferred again, been given 2 incorrect phone numbers to call. Called again, no one at reception seems to speak English. Was told to write an email. No response. Called again 1hr later, same lady that only speaks German and Polish. My German partner got on the phone to request a room and she hung up on us. Every time we called, we had to wait for an answer. I'm so frustrated right now, I don't even want to stay here anymore. It should not be this hard to try to book a stay somewhere.
