Arman Hotel Juffair Mall

I recently stayed at Arman Hotel and had a wonderful experience. The location is perfect—centrally situated with easy access to major attractions, restaurants, and public transport. It made exploring the city stress-free and enjoyable. The rooms were clean, spacious, and modern, with comfortable beds and all the essential amenities. The housekeeping staff did a fantastic job maintaining cleanliness throughout my stay. Service was a highlight. The front desk team was friendly, professional, and always ready to help with any requests or local recommendations. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. A huge shout out to Mr. Mohamed Al Mansoor for his hospitality and taking care of the needs of his guests.

Worst hotel experience ever. Dirty rooms, broken furniture, air conditioning that’s either broken or unbearably noisy, and foul smells everywhere. Staff are unfriendly and the service is painfully slow. Breakfast is so bad it feels like a punishment. Warning: This place is a complete waste of time and money — avoid it at all costs.
