Decent hotel that covers all the essentials - but nothing out of the ordinary. Very well located close to the Palmenallee, the jetty and town. I found the sound from the reception area and the neighbouring room a little too audible, but the sea air made me sleep very well nonetheless.
Friendly and helpful staff who couldn't do enough to make your stay comfortable. The breakfast on offer is quite sufficient with both hot and cold food available. The rooms, beds, towels are all very clean but torn around the edges (quite old and worn out). The price per room per night is rather on the premium side for Swakopmund and so I would expect more from a 4-star hotel.
Great location. However, I unfortunately did not have a good experience during the 3-day visit at the Hotel. There was no decent hand soap in the restroom. While having lunch on one of the days, I noticed dirty (clearly used) napkins on the table that was set up for us. Generally, very unhygienic place with little regard for customer health.
