ARTOTEL Suites Bianti Yogyakarta

Had an amazing stay here while visiting Yogyakarta. The rooms are nice and well appointed. The bed was so comfortable! The hotel has literally everything you need in it from restaurants, a bakery, spa, pool and bar. The staff our incredible too. They took care of us quite well and made sure any need including our laundry was attended to. We had been traveling through Indonesia for a couple weeks when we arrived and this was just the place we needed to rest.

They do give 5 stars vibe and 5 stars service but with incredibly good value. I wonder how they can even do that. Room size is not too big but has the essential amenities to be called as 5 star. What stands out is they give you Natasha brand toiletries. Breakfast is superb. Stayed here for 2 days and there’s a slight change in each day, which is good. I’d recommend not to skip bread section, their french toast is amazing.

I stayed in this hotel with my family for 5 days. The location is great, the staff were very nice and welcoming, the hotel's lobby and interior is nice and pleasant to the eye (my sons really love the swing sofas). When I enter the room, it was spacious and clean. Even though the shower area has weird design that allows water leak to other area of the bathroom, you can always ask for another rug to keep the floor dry (thanks ms erfin). Inside the room, there are nespresso coffee machine and smart tv to keep the boys entertained. The only downside is they have live music until 11 pm during weekdays. The room soundproofing is really poor that I can't rest peacefully. I have called the receptionist twice, unfortunately the noise was still loud as if the band was playing next to my door. I have checked that this noise issue already happens since last year. Hopefully the hotel can find permanent solution like improve the rooms soundproofing or move the live music area to somewhere else that will not create problem to others. They do apologize and offered us to move to other room and gave us some compensation. My advice is to avoid booking room that has pool view, since the noise coming from those direction. I do hope my next stay in this hotel will be a 5 stars experience.
