We had a great 3-day, 2-night family vacation here! After reading other reviews about limited parking, we arrived a bit early before check-in and had no issues. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff was attentive and ready to help. Our room was clean and comfortable, with a surprisingly spacious bathtub — a nice bonus! The location is very convenient, there is a market on the first floor and a food court on the second floor. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, and food options nearby, making it super easy to grab something tasty at any time. If you're looking for a clean, well-located hotel with lots of food options around, this is a perfect choice. We’d definitely stay here again!
Beautiful hotel, with easy check in. We were greeted on the 1st floor by a porter, who took us up to the 4th floor where registration is. The hotel is beautiful the second you enter and the decorations and lighting are very whimsical. We got a free upgrade to our room, and it overlooked the city and had a large king bed. The room was clean, spacious, perfect temperature, and had a premium bidet and great water pressure. I highly recommend!
We stayed for one night because it was close to the Taipei Arena where we attended a concert. The room was spacious It was clean but some details were missed where you can see some stains or dirt in the corners. Breakfast was included, although there were not many entrees or varieties. Seems like the hotel was understaffed because we waited a long time to get checked in. There was free parking which was convenient. The location is also convenient as there’s lots to do around here by walking. Overall the price was a bit high, not sure if it was worth it. Under USD180 would be more reasonable
