Arya Resort and SPA

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at Arya Resort and Spa in Mahabaleshwar! The entire property is well-maintained with clean and hygienic toilets, spotless rooms and a tidy, welcoming hotel lobby. The staff was extremely polite, humble and attentive, making sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The breakfast and food quality were top-notch, offering delicious variety and freshness in every meal. Another great advantage is that the resort is easily accessible, making it a perfect pick for a hassle-free getaway. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a peaceful, clean, and comfortable stay in Mahabaleshwar!

let's discuss 1. No parking for car (you have to park on road front of hotel) 2. rooms need serious maintenance (I mean it is leaking, good thing is they gave replacement but again, no cleanness in rooms provided) 3. pool is good 4. food is tasty, guys who serves are good but in anycase if we call counter to take new order they don't pick up calls

Very disappointing stay at Arya Resort Our experience at Arya Resort was far from pleasant. There was no hot water available most of the time (when temperature is between 17-19 degrees Celsius), rainwater was leaking into various areas, the rooms were OK, the bed sheets and duvets had a strong, unpleasant smell, the bedrooms were not so clean. This property does not meet even basic hospitality standards, let alone those of a star-rated hotel. The only saving grace was the courteous and helpful staff, and the breakfast, which was decent but nothing exceptional. In its current condition, I would not recommend this resort to anyone.
