Very kind and thoughtful manager. Clean and comfortable room with multiple amenities and a lovely bathroom. Includes a free shuttle to the airport and breakfast buffet with authentic Chinese food. I really enjoyed my experience.
Came for the restaurant..slow service. We were told not to "over order." Five items were ordered for five people and we were still hungry. Barely even passed first course quantity. Portions were quite small after we were told they would be large. Couldn't wave the server down to order more. Finally went to counter at 8:34 and told kitchen had closed at 8:30 PM and that was that. Left hungry. The only thing we ate that was good was the dumplings. Over priced for Madagascar in terms of quantity and quality.
The first room I was offered was recently fumigated and reeked of poison. I requested another room. The staff were friendly and were shocked how bad the room smelled. The second room was better, but smelled like mothballs from all the mothball packets strewn along the walls. I gathered them up and threw them out and opened my windows fully. Looking back, I should have just walked out. The food in the restaurant was okay. The noodles were great for dinner, however the pork and peppers were all fat and grease. Breakfast buffet was decent - hard boiled eggs, pastries, and juice.
