We stayed at the hotel for five days and overall had a great experience. The rooms were clean, and the food was absolutely perfect every day. Although I wasn’t satisfied with my first room, the staff quickly responded and arranged a room change without any hassle. What stood out the most was how incredibly friendly and helpful all the staff were throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly made a difference. Thank you for everything!

Asteria Family Resort has some great aspects, but it also has a few drawbacks. The sheer size of the resort can be overwhelming; you might find yourself doing a lot more walking than you'd prefer. The service can be slow, and waiting is often part of the experience. While it's an all-inclusive resort, the variety of drinks and snacks is more basic compared to other all-inclusive resorts we've visited. On the plus side, the food is generally good, although some dishes could be better cooked. If you're a nature enthusiast, you'll appreciate the hotel's beautiful natural surroundings. Overall, Asteria Family Resort has its pros and cons. If you value nature and decent food, it might be a good fit. However, be prepared for a large resort, potentially slow service, and limited all-inclusive options.

In a place like Belek – considered the heart of tourism – I never imagined I would encounter such a mediocre and disappointing hotel. Unfortunately, Asteria Hotel has been one of the most unpleasant experiences I have had so far. First of all, the so-called “snacks” were very poor. We were constantly served pizza, and whether it was the dough or the yeast, it was of such low quality that it even caused discomfort. Even this small detail shows how little attention and care the hotel provides to its guests. What saddened me most was that I came here with my wife, hoping for a pleasant holiday, but instead ended up feeling regretful and embarrassed for choosing such a place. Our vacation was overshadowed by this disappointment. From a hotel carrying a name like “Asteria,” one would at least expect a basic level of quality – yet what we encountered fell far short of that. I will not be returning to this hotel and cannot recommend it to others. What upsets me even more is that I chose this place by trusting the overly positive reviews online. From now on, I will be much more cautious. And one important point: if you advertise an “Ultra All-Inclusive” concept, then additional charges for certain items should not be acceptable. In short, Asteria Hotel does not reflect the standards of Belek, nor the standards that Turkish tourism deserves.
