The hotel is located in a small town called Kozakly. Before arriving, we read the previous reviews and were very worried. It turned out we were in vain. A good thermal hotel, and in terms of price-quality ratio even very good. Both the rooms and the spa complex are clean. The room has a refrigerator, TV, comfortable beds, a bath with thermal water and a balcony. There are robes and slippers. The room is warm! Complimentary 2 bottles of water upon arrival. The room rate includes breakfast and dinner. Everything is delicious, but nothing fancy. Also, from 3 to 4 pm, tea and cookies are served in the hotel lobby. The spa complex has a hammam, sauna, thermal pool (water temperature 42 degrees) separately for men and women and a swimming pool (water temperature 28 degrees). The interior of the spa area is pleasant. The sauna smells pleasantly of wood. Unexpectedly, but very cool, the pools are open until 11 pm. I would like to separately mention the staff. Everyone! Absolutely all the employees are very friendly and ready to help. Thank you very much for the quick placement of our group, and for answering our many questions. There is a beautiful park next to the hotel, many small souvenir shops and cafes. In short, we liked the hotel. Do not expect miracles, but there is nothing to worry about either.
So we stayed 1 night at the hotel and I try my best to explain what I experienced; first of all the staff knew no English, I couldn't find a single person knowing English, even the receptionist didn't know a single English word same as the internal support line as we needed to ask for an extra bed and we had to wait alot inorder to interpret for them. Tge receptionist was not welcoming neither was she quite polite. The pool worker came at night and poured the chlore into the water while we were already inside the pool!!!!!!!! The room was generally clean howecer, I was not satisfied of the bathroom detergents such as shampoos, there was a small soap and a low quality shampoo (make shre to take yours) I was uncofortable of the hygene given the aformentioned infos , food was generally nice however some of the breakfast meals seemed to be cooked days earlier including sussages and fries, Also the slipper that they put for us was pretty thin and time consuming to wear, fortunately, the room didn't smell bad but late at night the pool smelt smokey as some people smoked in a compeletely closed area, such a shame. Things I liked: the cleanliness of the room, internet evwnthough just for the lobby, I enjoyed a typenof meat for the dinner and the chefs and workers politeness of the food salon, and the overal vibe I got from the hotel was nice except for those negataivitise I mentioned. It was also near a park so children could play
