A wonderful hotel on the edge of the old quarter. The service Miss Moon provided exceptional. Breakfast was lovely. The location of the sky bar was great although the staff need additional training as they weren’t aware of the happy hour offers. I would definitely return when I come back to Hanoi .

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location is perfect for exploring nearby spots, and the hotel's placement is ideal. The staff's etiquette is top-notch, and the rooms are clean, spacious, and comfortable. l'd totally recommend it.. Don't miss the complimentary breakfast buffet! Kudos to the staff for generously offering to pack food for our early travel plan - a thoughtful touch..

Customer service was truly top-notch – staff were friendly, professional, and spoke English clearly, which made communication easy. I was given a complimentary drink voucher (though I didn’t get the chance to use it), which was a thoughtful perk alongside other extras. The bed and pillows were super comfortable, and the room was spacious with all the amenities I needed. I especially appreciated being able to use the steam iron free of charge. The breakfast buffet was delicious – I particularly loved the fresh watermelon juice. The location is also a big plus, very close to the city centre. Only minor downside: the mini fridge made a constant noise, which was a bit annoying at first. It might just need maintenance or defrosting, but I got used to it by the second night. I also appreciated the complimentary late check-out and the affordable, on-time airport transfer for 300,000 VND.
