Aurora Resort Tsakhkadzor

We had a great stay at Aurora Resort in Tsaghkadzor! The location is one of its best features — it’s just a short walk from the cable car, which was super convenient for exploring the area and enjoying the mountain views. The resort itself was clean and comfortable, with a peaceful atmosphere. The staff were friendly, and the overall service was good. A great spot for a relaxing getaway, especially if you’re planning to use the cable car!

Unfortunately, one of the employees from the administration team did not maintain proper service standards, spoke inappropriately to the customer, and did not suggest a suitable alternative. During our stay we were assisted by two employees. The gentleman who welcomed us at night was very professional and attentive, and we were fully satisfied with his service. Unfortunately, our experience with the administration employee in the morning was disappointing. Considering the amount we paid, we expected to receive the services included in the price, but unfortunately, that was not the case.

Worst service ever, the rooms lacked basic utilities like toilet paper, amidst summer heat they had water supply issues and we just couldn’t take a shower. Overpriced for such low level, definitely you can find something better even in lower price. No respect towards the guest. Dear tourists stay away from this hotel it’s a scam.
