Incredible staff. Did everything for us. Never said no. Even cooked breadfruit we brought in for us and so much more. Spa was always booked though but when we got in there it was perfect.

What a poor guest relations manager Steve. Most unhelpful. Wasted our entire trip We came in at 3 pm. Met him. He wanted to go home at 4 pm so he decided not to help. Told us to come next day. Next day we met him. Just kept blabbing without actual plan. Finally we get up from his desk with ZERO help and had to go to other hotel concierge to get help. Shameful Avani Seychelles to even keep a person like this in this position. Took back only bad memories and nothing to remember l except this Steve- the unhelpful useless manager over 2 days. Please check if this Steve is there and if he is there don't stay at Avani. Go to another hotel if you want to enjoy your holidays
