Avani Maseru Hotel

Really enjoyed the stay. This place is well situated, very friendly and supportive service and good food, both dinner and breakfast. The grounds are very inviting and the pool area a great asset this hotel. Rooms are basic but it has everything you need. Depending on room location, you may have awesome views of wither the pool area or the valley on the other side.

I visited Avani Maseru Hotel for lunch and it was not as I expected it to be as a 3.5 star hotel, the food was nice and juicy but not worth the price charged. The service by the restaurant staff was not of best. If Avani Maseru only provides hotel services not restaurant services, it should be stipulated I think, for if I went there to have fun and enjoy the food, experience new dishes only to find that I only order what I know because there are no menus for drink, for food is very limited, then how does that serve the purpose of having a restaurant?? I had to visit other nearby restaurants in order to have fun that I wanted to experience. There is no way on earth would any introvert be happy to have lunch on an open space, I am just wondering what happens in windy and stormy days because the place itself did not allocate for that.

Was in Maseru for a event and the service and treatment we received was the ABSOLUTE PITTS! When making a booking online it shows the room amount and the number of people a room accommodates. Upon check in they don't ask if you're alone or with a partner but after you've checked in we found security at the elevator door literally asking if there's 1 or 2 people in a room and if there's 2 people they wanted us to Pay an extra 500 or you can't both go up. I certainly won't be going back there and the room wasn't cleaned for the entire 3 days I was there even though I left the room at 10am every morning and wad back very late. And I ordered room service and there were certain items I was charged for but they were never delivered. This hotel and the staff get 0 stars from me
