Excellent hotel, centrally based. Car parking is underground on a first come basis. Nearby shopping centre including a huge supermarket. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Didn't have dinner but breakfast was good and plentiful.
Excellent service from staff. Lovely room. Very clean. Breakfast great plenty of choice. Will be staying again.
Staff stole clothes and a small suitcase. This 4 star hotel didn't respond to any of our emails requesting them to look into this. They completely dismissed us! Unbelievable...!
