We stayed here with a friend for her birthday last year. The room was clean and the kitchen was well equipped. Beds were comfortable and clean linen and towel. Perfect location and parking right in-front of the room. The couches on the porch where the swimming pool is were very dirty and smell so bad. We tried to sit and got flee bites. Need a change and a good cleaning. Overall we had a good night staying here.
not bad at all. lady at the office is very kind and helpful, she helped every time i needed fresh towels/toiletries/coffee there was although a cockroach in our room and our AC started pouring out ice, we gave it a quick clean and fix and seems to be working fine now! id come back definitely but with lower expectations.
Stayed for 4 nights. When we arrived, our room wasn’t ready for about 30 minutes after the stated check-in time—not a huge issue. However, when we entered the room, it had a strong wet dog smell. It was clear the carpet had been freshly cleaned but hadn’t dried properly. Thankfully, the smell did fade after a while. That said, the room was spacious and well-equipped, and the place really grew on us over the stay. It’s in a prime location—close to the centre of Paihia but far enough from the main road to be quiet. Overall, we’d stay again.
