Avida Tower 2

Central location in Iloilo. Friendly and helpful staff. Good value. Restaurant was nice, great view, on the 21st floor. Will stay there again when going back for business or holiday.

Location wise it is the best as you have SM Iloilo just across the street. The room has a lot of down points though, we booked a room for 3 but got amenities for two, we had to call in for the additional amenities, the bathroom lights were blinking and the sliding door kept getting unhinged. The pool smells from the moment the elevator opens. The gym looks nice on the outside, don't go inside 😅 its smells like wet carpet ang sour foot.

My experience with this hotel is a bit of mix feeling. The price is very fair and the staff are friendly and eager to help. The shower is clean and spacious. I waited and waited for the hot water in the shower but never came, I didn’t really care but the only thing I could not accept was the air conditioner in room 2005. It didn’t cool enough to get a good night sleep
