We will definitely come back. This hotel uniqueness and location is unmatched. The beach access, the quality food, the hotel staff. Miguel showed us around and made our stay feel like home. The owner was on property while we were there and to us that speaks volumes. It shows the quality of the property.

This hotel is amazing! This hotel is the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in. The hotel exudes peace and coziness! The view is breathtaking, the staff does everything to literally serve you and make you feel at home. The cocktails are delicious and the food is not only beautifully presented, affordable but also delicious! The rooms are beautiful, spacious and very comfortable. The hotel is also quietly located so you are not bothered by noise! Everything has been thought of there. Holbox is a fantastic island where you are disconnected from the outside world for a while and the hotel and its staff ensure that it is an unforgettable stay!

There was no hot water in our room during our entire four day stay. Turn the knob and wait for it to come, they said. Well it never came. We paid extra for a room near the pool with a lounge area but we were not able to use it because it was being used as a springboard into the pool by about eight kids. If you want to relax with some peace and quiet go elsewhere. We requested to cancel our last night’s stay and they would not provide a refund, rather only a credit towards our food bill. I was contacted by the hotel and asked if we were celebrating anything special and told them of my wife’s birthday and they said they would set something special in our room and they failed at that as well. On a positive note, the food was good and the wait staff was helpful.
