Excellent Stay – Highly Recommended! I had a wonderful experience at this hotel during my first visit to Africa. Though my company handled the room charges, I can confidently say the stay was worth it. I stayed in Room 311—a compact yet very tidy and comfortable space that gave me a cozy, welcoming feeling. What truly stood out was the exceptional service from the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and made my stay even more pleasant. The cleanliness and comfort of the room added to the positive experience. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others. Keep up the great work!
The restaurant menu needs an upgrade, the staff fighting loudly in front of customers is not great. The restaurant manager is just plain rude. The carpets in the corridors are stained. The breakfast needs more variety. The rooms are great, the aircon works well and is very quiet, the beds are super comfortable. Overall not bad but some TLC needed.
Over charge my last night hotel fee admit its mistake but ask me to wait a long long time and not give me the overcharge 45000FCFA.
