Azal Pyramids Hotel

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our visit, always ready to assist with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of options. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful and quiet. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

The hotel is amazing, from the moment you walk in you’re greeted with such warmth from the security and all the staff behind the reception were excellent. Professional, friendly, makes you feel welcomed at this lovely hotel However, there was one woman from the restaurant area who followed me as soon as I finsihed eating breakfast and put the bill in front of me while I had a query at the reception desk. At least give the customer the courtesy to settle the bill upon leaving. I’m sure the reception staff wouldn’t have left me leave with an outstanding bill and doubt I was planning on doing a runner over a £12 breakfast bill…. such actions come across as just distasteful and shows a lack of trust in your paying guests, other than that the rest of the experience was excellent
