Affordable hotel with required amenities. The hotel offers unique views of Kemerovo. Unfortunately, due to lack of demand and low number of hotel guests there is no breakfast option included.
When checking into the hotel, I ordered lunch to be delivered to my room at 12:00. Lunch was brought only after repeated reminders after 1 hour. True, the hotel administration, through the reception staff and the quality service, apologized for this incident. Small gifts were given as an apology. I hope such situations will be rare in the future. Overall, a good hotel, cozy and clean rooms.
