Everything was good, the biggest impression I had was the kids club and the baby room. In the kids club they have activities and great fun. While in the baby room the little ones are safe and taken care of. The staff here is great especially Milica ♥️ from the baby room. The kids will love her and she is very sweet and caring. We were on a family vacation and had a great time. I recommend it especially for families.

The Kids Club is fantastic a truly fun and safe place where children can enjoy themselves every day. The activities are creative and well-organized, and the atmosphere is always welcoming. A special thanks goes to Milena, who is absolutely amazing with the kids. Our children loved spending time with her. ♥️

The resort is huge, and the pools as well as the activities are wonderfully planned and set up. We were so impressed that we extended our stay by two days. Lots of bars and beautiful restaurants – we were absolutely thrilled. However, there’s one thing that is very close to my heart – you offer a lot of food. In large quantities, with many different meals (which naturally often repeat, which is understandable), but the vegan options were more than disappointing. I often struggled to find something to eat, and in the main restaurant most staff don’t even seem to know that regular pasta contains eggs. You make an effort to offer vegetarian options, but to be honest, vegetarians also enjoy eating vegan food – whereas vegans do not eat vegetarian food. Please expand your selection beyond just vegetables and vegetable soup to include fully plant-based main dishes, as well as oat milk and soy milk in the bars for coffee (different plant-based milks were only available at breakfast). This is unfortunately a major drawback, which made the holiday feel like a bit of a burden at times. In addition, the main receptionist (?) was somewhat rude to me and even rolled his eyes once at a request. Getting the coffee capsules that had already been promised turned into quite a drama. Other than that, the staff were generally friendly and the hotel itself was truly beautiful.
