Azul Beach Resort Negril Gourmet All Inclusive by Karisma

The resort/location was absolutely gorgeous. The beach is beyond beautiful. Davita was our personal butler, and we cannot say enough about her. She made our vacation a once in a lifetime event! She was attentive to our every need. She greeted us every day with a smile on her face and cheerfulness that was contageous. She was amazing!!!!! Alison was an amazing chef. The private meal was superb and the intimate setting in the Italian restaurant they arranged for us was beyond our expectations. The entire service was excellent. I felt like a celebrity. A very special vacation and experience, one I will remember always!

Flames and Sparkle truly made our stay at Azul unforgettable. They brought amazing energy every single day. From the music to the fun dance classes right on the beach, they kept everyone smiling and moving. The beach dance workout was such a blast- great music, beautiful ocean views and a little cardio without even realizing it. Their enthusiasm and talent really set the vibe, making the day exciting. If you love good music, fun activities and a team that knows how to get everyone involved, you’ll absolutely love them.

Sparkles, Sonia, Jay Jay lifeguard, and Traceyann the concierge supervisor were amazing. They were extremely helpful and pleasant. The glass bottom boat experience was wonderful. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. It was great being here. We will return.
