AZUR Legacy Collection Hotel

We are still enjoying our stay at the Azur Legacy Hotel. What a wonderful 5 star experience it’s been staying here and we still have four days left to enjoy the amenities at this beautiful hotel. Thank you to all. Housekeeping , bellman, concierge have all been amazing. . Having a bottle of champagne in my room to celebrate my birthday vacation in Vancouver was the cherry on top of my birthday cake ! And the beds are super comfortable as well. Do not hesitate to come here.

I am torn between 4 and 5 stars, but 5 since the staff is accessible, kind and helpful. I want to bring up two points why I would have knocked off a star (and hope the managers read this). 1) NO hooks or rack for bath towel to hang! 2) I did not like how the lights are automated to come on as you walk into the bathroom. I tend to get up a couple times at night for the toilet and found the bright lights to come on very annoying. Maybe there was a way to turn off the automated (I am not tech savvy). Overall, beautiful room, spacious and comfortable. The rooftop bar/restaurant was very nice. The location is perfect. Close to everything. Again, the staff were great, there was always someone around to assist you. I would definitely come back to stay if I come back, but please put hooks up for towels!

Super comfortable rooms and beds. The bathroom had a heated floor and coffee amenities were excellent. The staff is gracious and helpful with great dining recommendations. We forgot to turn on the ‘please clean’ light so came back and nothing was done. We turned it on in the late afternoon and came back an hour later to a tidied up room and our beds made. The location is excellent- just a short walk to Canada Place and the cruise terminal. We would return in a heartbeat.
