Azura was unbelievable! The views alone are worth the stay. Let's start with the rooms. I had room with a balcony view in the nautilus section of the resort. Waking up to a view of the ocean was so relaxing. Room was very quiet and romantic. The staff was super professional and attentive. Shot out to Percy! The location is close to Horseshoe Bay and not too far from Hamilton. The salt water pool was very nice. If the tide is low, you can go out onto the beach and walk a ways. I only have one critique. The workout center/gym is a bit small. 2 treadmills, an elliptical, and a peleton bike. Can't wait to return here next year.

We came to Bermuda to celebrate my husband’s 50th and it did not disappoint. Hotel Azura is gorgeous with excellent staff, food and a salt water pool. It’s lively and quiet at the same time. Perfect for everyone. Cabs are easily available. People are amazing. 🤩 we want to come back!

Azura is pompous and pretentious, not real luxury. This place is not worth the money. They also try to up charge you for anything, It doesn’t have habitability. There is no place to hang a wet bathing suit. It feels like it’s trying to be a fancy hotel and they don’t seem to realize that it’s a beach resort. Some of it is small stuff, like they provide a bathrobe but there is not a single hook in our room. The heated towel rack is only 2’ from the floor and didn’t seem to work. I requested extra towels, but the cleaners consistently took all but 2, I was sharing the room with my adult daughter and we both have long hair. I need 2 towels. There are no outlets to plug in near the bed, and if you like to read in bed the lamps are not good reading lamps and the light the room so if someone is sleeping, it disturbs them to use this lamp. I could tell the staff was trying to be accommodating, but they didn’t seem to have the authority to give us what we needed, because too many things are against the rules. There is a fitness center but it’s up 3 flights of stairs and when it is raining these steps before waterfall. Speaking of steps there are many and the routes don’t seem well laid out. Luxury should feel like one is being pampered, and this was not the case. The thing that really ruined our experienced was eating in their pretentious restaurant. You have to dress up for dinner but I would hate to go down all those steps in dress shoes. It’s a small menu and the food was not special ands in some cases improperly served; for example the desserts smelled like they had been in the fridge with the fish, and my chocolate tort cake is supposed to be served room temperature. The staff are not empowered to make changes because of my gluten sensitivity.
