Stayed here for 3 whole weeks during a family emergency so we had to be near the hospital. The staff were so kind and understanding of the situation, I even got to know a few by name! Big shout out to Ardan, Hassan, Durmis and Ali who were all awesome. Thanks!
We stayed at this hotel for five nights and it was wonderful and comfortable. The staff at the reception were very helpful. The room service was excellent and the cleanliness was very high. The staff were very friendly and kind. The Wi-Fi is good and the restaurant has many delicious options for breakfast. Overall it was an excellent experience and I recommend this hotel to tourists, especially families.
It's a disaster and I don't know, who gave them 5 stars. 2 stars would be too much. It was 27 degrees outside and AC couldn't be enabled, as they said it is central system and it will work tomorrow. I had operation and I couldn't sweat, so they put me in strong danger. Room was semi-clean. At first glance it looked ok, but the windows weren't cleaned probably since months. I'm not even gonna put comment on the fact that I left room at 8AM and came back at 2PM and room wasn't even cleaned by that time! Even for Turkish standard this was disastrous service.
