We had such a wonderful stay at Hotel B. The room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious. The location is excellent, the pool is big and very kids friendly. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpfull especially the security team who always welcomed guests with a warm smile. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely come back again! thank you for your 5 star services❤️
Had a wonderful 5 day 4 night stay at this business hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom modern and well designed. Excellent location as it is less than 30 minutes to get to most places… airport, Kuta Beach eta. The hotel has huge car park for 30+ cars and also a basement carpark. The breakfast area seats 50+ people comfortably and although open air, it is not as warm as expected. Unfortunately, the variety is limited and quality is more of 3 star or less. Nonetheless, entire stay was lovely because the staff always had very warm and friendly Balinese smiles and attentiveness. And yes I will stay here again in future …. Enjoy and stay safe …..
I recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and would like to share some constructive feedback to help enhance the guest experience. Firstly, I noticed that the bed sheet in my room was not as clean as expected. Cleanliness is a fundamental aspect of comfort and hygiene, and I believe more attention to this detail would greatly improve the overall quality of stay. Secondly, the breakfast service started rather late, which might be inconvenient for guests with early schedules. Starting breakfast service earlier could be more accommodating for business travelers or those with morning activities. Additionally, the check-in process took quite a long time. A more efficient system or additional staffing during peak hours could help reduce waiting times and provide a smoother arrival experience for guests. On a positive note, the hotel is located in a fairly strategic area, making it convenient for accessing nearby amenities and attractions. I appreciate the efforts of the staff and hope this feedback will contribute to further improvements in service quality. The hotel has a lot of potential, I was hoping they could improve in the near future, good luck!
