The most perfectly upkept resort we have been to. Plus the food is immaculate. The staff international and excellent. I rate people places and food on what they say they are. This resort says they are in the world's best and they are. 5 star resort gets 5 stars. I am actually impressed.
The rooms were clean and hygienic, and the location was convenient with easy access to metro and bus stations. Unfortunately, the front desk service was terrible. Our check-in time was 2pm, yet when we arrived at 5pm, we were told our room wasn’t ready. The receptionist, who was unhelpful, said it could be at least another hour. Fine, we came back an hour later… still not ready. Only then did they offer us the same room type on a higher floor, which was already available. Why wasn’t this offered from the start?
Hotel is in a very convenient location, right next to the Shim Sha Tsui Police Station in Kowloon Park. First time at this hotel was 20 yrs ago, the hotel itself is a little run down now and needs some upkeep. Staff is friendly and helpful
