Baan Bon Khao

Other than ants in our sink this place is awesome with great staff, great food for breakfast and at both dining establishments! On a steep hill but there is a cart service that is quick and easy! On pictures and videos there is a real sandy beach on the resort but there is no longer a beach but rocks, must’ve been a weather event, so there is no longer beach front access as advertised. The breakfast was amazing and our room was incredibly clean and cleaned every day! Further from the other beaches, main street, mall, bars etc.

Our experience here was amazing! We stayed here for a week and had a great time. The staff is super friendly and the service was quite good too! The breakfast was plentiful and delicious, with great views while enjoying your morning coffee. The pools are quite nice and we loved staying inside its warm waters while looking over the horizon. It was one of the most relaxing holidays we ever had! The only minor downside is the location as it is a bit far from everywhere else, but if you get your own transportation or use taxi apps like Grab you will be fine to go explore.

We stayed in a Presidential Suite for 8 nights. The private pool was lovely and very well maintained. The breakfast and house keeping staff are very good and made a huge difference to our stay. They are the heart of the hotel. The villa itself is a bit tired in places and the bathroom's could do with a revamp, our shower was a trickle of water and not what you would expect from a 5 star hotel. Breakfast is good , however, we were underwhelmed with the room service food. On the whole we enjoyed our stay but do not feel it is a 5 star hotel. There are no managers visible around the hotel checking things are running smoothly and the reception desk is not able to give you their full attention as they are answering other calls at the same time.
