I recently had the pleasure of dining at Tequila Restaurant, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. This vibrant spot serves up delicious Mexican cuisine with a variety of buffet options that make it perfect for both adventurous eaters and those who love the classics. The food was flavorful, fresh, and well-presented. Whether you're into tacos, enchiladas, or a hearty helping of rice and beans, the buffet offers something for everyone. What truly made the evening special was the outstanding service. Our server, Paschal, was absolutely lovely—warm, attentive, and genuinely enthusiastic about making sure we had a great time. Adding to the atmosphere was a live band, whose energy and talent created a fun, festive vibe without overwhelming conversation. It really brought the whole experience together and made the night feel like a celebration. If you're looking for a lively spot with great food, excellent service, and a fun ambiance, Tequila Restaurant is definitely worth a visit.
Salvador provided excellent customer service in the Tequila restaurant, which supplies our family of four authentic Mexican cuisine. All of the restaurants, entertainment programs, pools, beach, rooms, all had amazing customer service, but Tequila restaurant stands our for its cuisine excellence and amazing food. Be sure to book a reservation before you arrive or at check in to experience this culinary delight! Also about out to Adan in the main restaurant for outstanding customer service, with daily Dilmah teas. We loved Grand Tulum, and you will too! A+!!
Overall, the experience was good. The staff was friendly, the evening activities were nice, and the buffet offered a variety of quality products. I’m not giving five stars because, from a resort of this kind, I would expect more attention to detail—such as slippers in the room, a courtesy kit with a shower cap, and some snacks in the minibar, which unfortunately were missing. Additionally, if you're staying here for just a few days, it’s almost impossible to book a table at any of the on-site restaurants, as they’re always fully booked.
