Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka an Adults Only All Inclusive

It is a great resort. Staff were great and helpful. Rooms were clean. The bed was a bit hard but we were able to easily get a topper which helped so much! The pools were shaded and in the trees so we could get the sun but not be in the direct sun. The beach was about a 10-15 minute ride away which wasn't bad. The Beach area was great with a wave break and cover from the sun and drink service. The resort felt secluded and natural which we like. All sound a fantastic experience. We'll go back.

My sister and I had one of the best vacations we’ve ever had at Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka’an! We’re both in our mid twenties, and it was our first time ever in Cancun, Mexico. We visited in mid July, and it was beyond delightful. If you’re looking for absolute relaxation, peace, and restoration, Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka’an is the place for you! From the all inclusive food and drinks to the incredibly kind, helpful, and attentive staff, and the calm, quiet days by the pool surrounded by trees it was the absolute best. Upon arrival, Edwin greeted us with humor, helped with our bags, and we were handed delicious drinks and hand towels. The staff was incredibly attentive, making us feel welcome right from the start. The lobby was beautiful, open and bright, and Edwin made sure we were comfortable before we began exploring the hotel on our own. The level of service was truly remarkable. Every staff member at Bahia Principe was kind, attentive, loving, humble, and funny. We felt incredibly cared for and safe the whole time. Having access to all four resorts is incredible. At the entrance of Sian Ka'an, you can easily get golf cart rides over a private bridge to the 3 other Bahia Principe resorts. When you book your stay, everything is included, food, drinks, events, shows, an incredible variety of restaurants, beaches, pools, beach and swim up bars, transportation, and room service. And I don’t mention these lightly, each one was absolutely above and beyond. We attended a magic show, an 80s performance, mariachi band performances, karaoke nights, and the nightly disco at the Hacienda. Some standout staff members we chatted with daily at Sian Ka’an were Edwin, Roberto, Jose, Flavio, Pastor, and the lovely golf cart drivers. But honestly, every single staff member at Bahia Principe Luxury in Cancun was exceptional, hardworking, attentive, and full of humor. We couldn’t get over how great everyone was. Then, to top it all off, there are excursions (additional cost, but totally worth it)! Jorje with Amstar, the transportation service that connects you to excursions, messaged us, and we met him in the Bahia Ka'an lobby. We got to tour Tulum, visit Cenotes, and snorkel with turtles all in one day! Our tour guide, Hazeal, picked up groups from nearby resorts, and we had an incredibly fun day. Lunch, water, snacks, and transportation were all included. Overall, I want everyone I know to experience this! You’d be incredibly lucky to visit. ❤️

Spent 11 fabulous days at the resort and could have stayed longer! Staff went above and beyond for all guests. We loved having a pool seconds from our room, was perfect for everyday sun bathing. The main restaurant served an amazing selection of food from breakfast, lunch and dinner, but loved having the choice of the snack bar if wanted a lighter option and room service was a perk especially if you arrive after a late night flight. Loved the shuttle to the other resorts and the beach! And being able to use the other restaurants was a massive perk! Our favourite after dining twice was the Japanese at the resort! Only cons, the rooms were a little dated, being so far away from exploring Mexico and if you needed to buy anything (emergency medication, toiletries, extra suncream etc) the prices were crazy high!
