Furniture needs a touch of cleaning. They were cleaning the windows while I was there. Reception is friendly and efficient

We booked two rooms, and first of all, the price is way too high for the service provided. We had to stay less than 8 hours at the hotel due to an accident, yet we were charged for a full day. On top of that, the blankets they brought us smelled dusty and were not clean. The room didn’t even have basic dental care amenities that every hotel usually prepares before guests arrive. This hotel is absolutely terrible and they’ve rated it as 4 stars! The furniture is old and broken, the fridge doesn’t work in both rooms , and the service is extremely poor and slow. We were a large group, and honestly, if I were alone, I would’ve preferred to sleep in my car rather than pay for this. To make things worse, one of the rooms had a broken air conditioner in the middle of summer!
