Baitong Hotel & Resort

Breathtaking hotel with amazing rooms, excellent service and a perfect breakfast. Honestly raised my standard, especially for 4 stars hotels. Only thing I would say is that the Jacuzzi was a little too cold, but otherwise, I didn't have any issue with it and will be very glad to return to this hotel if I ever return to Cambodia.

Amazing hotel. It was clean, the service was great and they have a beautiful pool. The location was in the middle of the city and easy to access various tourist locations. The staff was also very honest. I lost my bag in the bathroom, filled with valuables and it was returned back to me with everything in tact. The staff handled things extremely professionally. I would go back everytime

Lovely boutique hotel. Overall all the staff is very helpful and friendly. The rooms are exceptionally clean and smells good. Been here several times. Enjoyed the Kuang seafood but unfortunately no longer in operation. The breakfast variety has dropped since last visit. The crab curry has always been the highlight during the stay. The mattress was a lil too soft for my back and housekeeping is very helpful to flip the bed and also this hotel provide many options of pillows that made the sleep more comfortable.
