Very clean hotel, food is good, cuisine is international. Reception is very reactive. The masjid Al Haram is around 2 km, far but bus shuttles free in general are available 24/7, 5 min ride and you're at the holy mosque entrance. Many services nearby, like fastfood and mashawi restaurants, cleaning and pressing services. Very good value to money hotel. Try to pick up a room on the back side of the busy road for a noisy free room.
Very strategic location to Masjidil Haram. Just need to take 1 bus directly to Haram. The room is wide and spacious for us to set up our luggages. Nearby to many shops.
I would have liked to put 0 stars but option is not available. I am currently in this hotel for one night and like many I do not trust the photos! What a mistake 😫 this hotel is outdated and poorly maintained the rooms are old is not very warm. The cleaning leaves much to be desired! On my arrival I had to warn that the toilets were not clean and that there was URINE on the bowl 🤮 nobody came to clean! It's a disgrace! The shower is moldy it does not give absolutely want to take a shower! The bed linen has hair on it - in short, I wouldn't recommend this hotel!
