I booked for Superior room. It's spacious and clear but unfortunately the ac in my room is not work well. I told the staff and they immediately fixed it which impressive but i think the ac is kinda old in that room so still not working after fixed. I called the receptionist again. So, they move me to the other room which the ac is working. I like how they are really attentive with their work. Therefore a massively great location next to the Central Pattaya beach mall, the beach and not far from walking street. Quiet area and reasonable for the food price. Definitely will going back. Love everything there.
If I could give zero stars, I would — purely because of the reception staff. Let me start with the one positive: the bellboy named Switch was excellent. He was friendly, helpful, and welcoming — the only staff member who actually made us feel like guests. Big thanks to him. Unfortunately, the rest of our experience, especially at the reception, was extremely disappointing. I normally don’t mention names in reviews, but in this case, I feel it’s necessary so that management is aware and can take appropriate action. The two staff members at the reception — Fah and Ying — were shockingly rude and unprofessional. When we arrived to check in, we were blamed and talked about in Thai — not realizing that we understand the language. Ying was speaking behind our backs, complaining that we didn’t have passports, even though we were about to present them. Then Fah raised her voice and rudely demanded our passports. No greetings, no courtesy — just completely unacceptable behavior. As paying guests, we expect basic respect and hospitality. Management seriously needs to look into this. Staff like Fah and Ying are ruining the reputation of your hotel. Other issues: The room was uncomfortably hot because the air conditioning barely worked. On the first day, housekeeping forgot to leave tissues in the bathroom. The sink and the toilet were constantly clogged, which made our stay even more unpleasant. The only real advantage of this hotel is its location — it's close to the beach and Walking Street. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes improvements, especially in staff training and maintenance.
It's okay for the value because it's close to the beach but it needs to clean the insects in the room with insecticides. The staff are respectful but I encountered something strange that happened to me for the first time in my life (my reservation was for two people and they still ask you to pay 500 baht for the person who is visiting you, which is half the rent value. I also asked to extend the stay for two additional days and was asked to pay another 500 baht. I still can't believe this is happening)
