Barranquilla Plaza Hotel is an outstanding place to stay. The staff are incredibly friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Many team members are bilingual, which is a big plus for international guests. The location is perfect—central, safe, and close to everything. The pools are gorgeous and always clean, ideal for both relaxation and fun. The food is top-notch, with a great variety of local and international options, all beautifully prepared. The views from the upper floors are absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunset. This hotel delivers comfort, service, and quality at every level. Highly recommended.
Enjoyed staying at the hotel. Received good service and hospitality. Would however like more employees of the hotel to understand and speak english.
I had stayed here 2 times previously. This recent stay in April 2025 was horrible. The room I was in had bed bugs to the point my arms were covered in bites. Informed front desk. 3 hours passed had to inform them again, and they came and sprayed it with what looked like a raid can and then proceeded to put the same sheets back on. That does not work for me. They offered no refund, no relocation nothing. Piss poor management staff and just bad business.
