Great hotel, perfect for children with so much going on. Our children loved the staff, our eldest loved Yasemin (who was so good with the children and you could honestly tell she cared, unlike other hotels we have stayed in in the area. She remembered both our children's names from day one despite only the eldest attending the kids club twice). Pain free booking of the a la carte restaurants - probably easist at any hotel we have stayed at where they're included free of charge. The room was the best we have stayed in and perfect with a family with loads of storage. Whilst we thought the food was great in general, we thought rhe evening buffet was not as expected of a 5 star hotel, too little premium meat/protein options and quite repetitive with a lot of carbs. We ended up eating out 3 times in two weeks and 3 x a la cartes which were good (Fely better than Olea as the menu there was repetitive to lunchtime). Lunch at Olea and the beach was really good, we ate every day at either of these and not once at the buffet. We enjoyed the show and kids disco being insjde, so much cooler in the heatwave. Staff at this hotel are great, cleaning, service and entertainment - top notch. We are used to much bigger resorts in Belek, Kemer or Lara and were a little concerned that the hotel would be too small when we arrived, however, we had a great time. Very similar to the Barut Kemer (prior to their rebrand to Akra). The only real negative we found was the Courtesy Room. There were two showers - not divided into male/female and the cubicles didn't lock and easily opened to the World (🫣😂) showering with children. No baby changing table either so ended up quite a chore trying to get a 1 and 5 year old showered and dressed with little privacy for any of us. No towels other than pool ones and no shower products provided (we had our own thankfully, sp please temeber to bring your leftovers). Unfortunately, the hotel was full so couldn't extend our room booking. Overall, we had a lovely family holiday and wouldn't let the negatives put us off returning.
Amazing hotel! ✨ Friendly and caring staff, delicious food, spotless rooms, and the best atmosphere. 🎯🍹 The animation team made every day unforgettable. We can’t wait to come back! 🩷🌴
We had a 7-night holiday here and really enjoyed it! The food was always fresh and tasty—we loved it! The staff were always friendly and helpful. You can really feel that they enjoy their work. The food, service, and facilities definitely meet 5-star standards. It would be even better if there were more activities for kids. The only negative experience I had was at the Ivy Lounge (the main bar). I ordered iced tea three times, and each time it was served directly from the tin can. This surprised me, as I’ve never experienced that in any other 5-star hotel. Normally, it’s served in a glass, just like they did at the pool bar. It felt a bit strange, the bar tender maybe trying to be lazy? Also you can feel that he is less friendly and less passion than other staff in the hotel. So here I have to take away 1 star.
