The rooms were spacious and very clean. Very big bathrooms with shower. Air conditioning was very effective. Polite staff at the reception desk. The hotel is very close to the famous Noventa outlet center.
The hotel is convenient for stop-over, it has a safe parking. Rooms are a bit cheaply decorated.
Terrible hotel Paid so much for nothing. The bathroom walls are swollen due to moisture. The beds are too hard. The staff is consistently unfriendly. They claimed we gave €100 too little in cash, but we are absolutely sure we gave the correct amount! We were pressured and treated extremely rudely by the receptionist to pay an extra €100. We don’t care about the €100 — but I will not accept such arrogant behavior from that lady. I wrote an email to the management! They responded just as unfriendly! The hallways to the rooms are dirty (large stains on the floor). It smells bad and is very dark. I cannot recommend this place! Never again. I’ve never experienced anything like this before.
